Poland business visa: documents and application
Business meetings, negotiations and trade fairs generally fall under the short-stay Schengen C visa where a visa is required for your nationality. The limit counts all Schengen stays: up to 90 days in any 180-day period.

Purpose and eligibility
Poland must be the competent country for your application based on your itinerary and main travel purpose. The actual host company or event organiser provides evidence of the business visit. A business invitation alone does not authorise employment or guarantee a visa.
Documents to prepare

Is an invitation from a Polish company required?
You need evidence of the business purpose. Its form depends on the trip and consular requirements; an event organiser’s confirmation may support a trade fair visit.
How long does a C visa decision take?
The usual decision period is 15 calendar days, extendable to 45 in individual cases. Appointment waits and passport delivery are separate.
